Although we pointed out the falling sales figures several times, we were assured that everything was fine. o A static feed was uploaded to the Merchant Center, dated June 2022, with a total of only 16 products and the prices from 2022. o After we integrated the current data feed from the store, it turned out that there are now 86 products (including variations) with current prices and discounts. o Many of the original 16 products were not displayed at all, as there were references to missing GTIN numbers etc. The agency should have informed us here. o The shipping costs and delivery times were not consistent with the information in the store. o In addition, another feed was manually integrated, also from the year 2022, whose source was the store. Due to these shortcomings, the data quality was rated as insufficient by Google, which meant that some of our products were not displayed at all. After we corrected the errors, the number of clicks and sales increased again.

Dear Mr. Herrschaft, Thank you for your feedback. We regret that there was some confusion regarding the data feeds in the Google Merchant Center. As already described in our email communication, the original main products (in particular the climate panels) were successfully displayed via the Performance Max Ads. We have informed you in personal discussions that incomplete product data can occur in the automatically imported product data if system-related errors are not corrected. This has occurred here. We recognize that we should have been even more emphatic with you to ensure that the necessary adjustments were made in your company. We will take this point with us for our cooperation with other customers. We are pleased to hear that after updating the feed, click-through rates and also sales have increased again in recent months. And we would like to reiterate that the overall performance was stable during our support and that the main products were displayed correctly. With fewer clicks, but with more sales than at present.
