This is absolutely outrageous—we’re getting customer inquiries from all over Germany, even though our headquarters are in Austria. No one answers the phone, and no one calls back. Not even via email! We were simply listed without being asked. STAY AWAY!!

It couldn't be more dubious! I took out a membership with elektriker.org, a site run by Marktplatz Mittelstand. The terms of the one-year membership were: "Acceptance of up to 10 leads per month". The reality looks like this: In 5 months, a total of only 5 relevant leads were delivered. And this despite the fact that the search radius was doubled. Marktplatz Mittelstand simply does not even have the promised leads in its portfolio! Communication is practically impossible. You fail because of the call center employee, who obviously has instructions to block annoying calls. When I asked how I could get in touch with a decision-maker, the terse answer was "None!". Letters sent by post to the management are not answered. The general terms and conditions of Marktplatz Mittelstand provide for the possibility of termination without notice for good cause. The most important reason for membership is the initiation of business contacts. This promise is not even remotely fulfilled. My subsequent termination for good cause was not accepted. Conclusion: The low amount in dispute is not worth a legal dispute. Marktplatz Mittelstand entices with low prices, but the countervalue is almost zero. It is obviously not about providing business contacts, but only about selling paid memberships. Edit regarding answer from Marktplatz Mittelstand: Apart from the fact that the agreed catchment area was enlarged, there was no concession whatsoever. It is a matter of course that this was increased if not even the leads promised in the original catchment area can be delivered. The fact that after settling the outstanding claims (I have withheld payments due to poor performance) leads are supposedly transmitted again does not correspond to the facts! The only thing I get from Marktplatz Mittelstand is the monthly invoice. Leads? Not a chance! My assessment of the dubious business practices remains unchanged and I can only warn everyone against working with them!

Pure rip-off !!! After my termination I received an alleged additional payment of the annual fee. I sent several e-mails, but there was no response. A payment reminder comes week after week. This portal should not be used! MfG D.P.

I advertised my company there free of charge, but the company's colleagues classified me as a Gold Partner, which I then canceled by mail, e-mail and telephone after 2 weeks. This was probably never "received" ... I get dozens of requests every day and it just annoys me. Unfortunately, my entry is not deleted...! Now I am taking legal action against the company. I can only warn you!
