Mr. Michalis, the owner of PM TELETRADE based at Syngrou 106, owes me €300—a refund for defective products I returned to him. He told me he would deposit the money into my account by bank transfer on 6/9. Since then, he has removed all the products from his e-shop, the phone number he called me from doesn’t work, and the store branch where I bought the items in Egaleo is permanently closed. It’s a shame for e-commerce when people like this are allowed to stay in business. I’m attaching a photo of my return.

On a large order from Skroutz, despite repeated requests for communication about availability—where nobody ever got back—the order was canceled at the last minute, so it was transferred to another store, adding an extra 10 days of delay. Unprofessional behavior and poor handling are also on Skroutz’s side, since they haven’t cut ties with them and they put the customers who trust them through all this trouble. The store phone is never answered, and the contact email is inactive as well. Avoid them—also, the high rating they have on the Skroutz platform is very strange (and, in my opinion, suspicious).

They’ve changed my order date three times—they keep putting earlier dates so they’ll show up higher on the list on Shoejazz. I call and no one answers. I’ve been waiting a month for an order that was supposed to arrive in a week.

I can confirm everything written about this store being completely inconsistent, and I wouldn’t even give them a single star if I could. I read the comments before placing my order through Skroutz, but I was wrong to try them anyway. I placed the order on 9/8 as shown in the photo, with an “express” delivery commitment for 10/9—only to receive a notification from Skroutz on 10/9 saying they don’t have the product to deliver and that they’re rerouting my order to another serious store. I hope Skroutz kicks out these “professionals” who waste everyone’s time, ruining customers’ experience and creating unfair competition for the rest of the reliable businesses.

Incredibly unprofessional, at best. In less than a month, they’ve already taken €1,500 for computer upgrades—then they sold me a faulty motherboard, and they won’t pick up the phone for the past five days.

Three orders from Skroutz and they were all canceled at the last minute, forcing people to move the orders to other stores—covering the extra cost and delaying the delivery by 7 days. Absolutely disappointing for a shop that has such great reviews on Skroutz. Avoid it.
