The two stars are for the friendly phone calls with the customer service staff. They could only pass everything on. Since December 30, 2025, I’ve had a new subscription contract for the print edition. Unfortunately, however, the NWZ wasn’t delivered to me until January. Then, for a miraculous two days, the NWZ was in my mailbox. In February, the NWZ was even delivered 11 times. Now I’m waiting for my newspaper every day again and am disappointed. I was also asked to file a complaint as soon as possible. In the Oldenburg region, getting the NWZ in your mailbox seems to be a matter of luck.

Dear Ms. Bankmann, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experiences with the delivery service so candidly. We deeply regret that you have repeatedly encountered delivery issues since the start of your subscription—we fully understand your frustration. It is our commitment to ensure that all readers receive their newspaper reliably. We take your feedback very seriously and will carefully review the situation you described and discuss it with our logistics team to find a solution. Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention and for your honest feedback. This is the only way we can improve!

Unfortunately, I can’t give any more stars. Customer service has really gone downhill. We’ve had a print subscription to the NWZ since 2022, and unfortunately, for at least the past year, it’s been nothing but trouble—irregular delivery, no replacements. We constantly had to remind them that if the newspaper didn’t arrive, we wanted a refund for the missing issue. Sometimes emails go unanswered, or suddenly what used to work is no longer available to the same extent (refunds). They constantly refer us to the online version, even though we’ve repeatedly told them that it’s not an option for everyone and that we’re paying for the print edition. I’ve now canceled my subscription and have already received a call offering to let me withdraw the cancellation and give the NWZ another chance, since they’ve also realized things aren’t going smoothly. In return, I’d immediately receive €120 in my account as a THANK YOU. Of course, it wasn’t until I asked for more details that I was told this would mean I’d be locked into another 24-month NWZ subscription. No, THANKS
Great tour and explanations. Thanks!

For years, this company’s advertising flyers have been left unwrapped on doorsteps or tossed onto the ground in Wilhelmshaven. The flyers lie exposed to the rain, get soaked, litter sidewalks and green spaces, and eventually end up unused in the trash or in the Wadden Sea. I have reported this issue multiple times, but so far without any noticeable lasting change. I consider this method of distribution to be avoidable environmental pollution and a waste of resources, especially in times when sustainability is being publicly emphasized. I expect responsible companies to distribute advertising in a way that does not lead to the pollution of public spaces. As long as this practice continues, I cannot give this service provider a positive rating.

Heavy download without any desire to work, rude staff.
Nice training rooms. Attended an IT security event hosted by Connexta.
