We had Market Eagle arrange a LinkedIn search for candidates (cost: 3k). Over 200 profiles came back from the search, but only about 30 were genuinely useful. Of those 30, just 2 people replied to say they’re not interested right now. In hindsight, it turns out you need to invite around 80 people to get just 1 or 2 conversations. In short, it’s an expensive solution for 30 people who either aren’t interested or don’t respond at all.
