Terrible service as a consulting firm for a CDTI project in Misiones. Instead of helping, they hindered the work. In the end, the proposal could not be submitted because they had not done their job properly. I would not hire them for any project of this kind.

A very bad experience. They worked with us as a consulting firm to prepare a MISIONES proposal, and the result fell far short of what one would expect from a professional service of this kind. After the consortium invested a great deal of time, effort, and resources, the proposal ultimately failed to move forward. We believe that the quality of the work delivered, the lack of rigor, and Luce IT’s management played a decisive role in that outcome. In over 20 years of working on R&D projects and competitive grant applications, I have rarely encountered such unreliable support—so far removed from what a proposal of this nature requires. I would not recommend using them for this type of service.
