The location was fantastic, the property was well appointments, and the hosts were extremely helpful! From meeting us upon arrival and showing us the property and how to use things, to even after our departure when I left behind a pair of AirPods that they retrieved and sent to me quickly for which I was very grateful! I highly recommend!!

We stayed in this apartment in Paris as part of a team seminar, and everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment is stunning—beautifully decorated with great taste—and offers a very high level of comfort and finish. The bedrooms are especially impressive, worthy of a luxury hotel, with exceptional comfort. A huge thank-you as well to the hosts for their kindness. We had left a few items behind, and they were thoughtful enough to send them back to us graciously. A rare and genuinely appreciated gesture. We highly recommend this place without hesitation!

An absolutely exceptional stay from April 2 to April 6, 2026! The apartment on Rue Saulnier was a fantastic find, perfect in every way. The location is simply unbeatable: right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of everything you might need. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafés, and services are all just steps away, making the stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The apartment is welcoming, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The spaces are bright, clean, and well-organized, making it ideal for both short stays and longer visits. From the very first moment, you feel a relaxing, home-like atmosphere. An added value is the management by the office: communication was quick, the staff extremely helpful, and the overall organization impeccable. Every need was handled with professionalism and courtesy, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. A major highlight is the convenience: being able to step outside and have everything at your fingertips is a huge advantage, especially when visiting a city and wanting to make the most of your time. In summary, a perfect solution for anyone looking for comfort, a strategic location, and a pleasant environment, supported by efficient and attentive management. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Paris and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, very central and close to the metro, shopping streets, and supermarkets, which made getting around and everyday errands very easy. We were 8 people staying in the apartment, and it worked perfectly for all of us. There was plenty of space, and everyone felt comfortable throughout the stay. Having two toilets and two bathrooms made a big difference when traveling as a larger group. Check-in was smooth and flexible, and the same goes for check-out, which made the whole experience very convenient. We would definitely recommend this apartment for larger groups, whether it’s several couples traveling together or a big family like ours.

Beautiful and pleasant apartment which just recently has been stylishly decorated. Very cosy and practical for our stay with two families. Not far from the centre of Paris and metrostation nearby. We were very well welcomed and communication went very smooth. Small remark : we could not find the teatowels as they were 'hidden' in the cupboard with the refrigerator.

My third stay with LinvinParis. Consistently high quality service. The apartments are well located and very tastefully furnished. The booking service is efficient. Flexible support whenever needed. I would recommend it for any kind of stay in Paris.

I booked an apartment for my parents, my sister, and her kids, and they had an absolutely wonderful week in the heart of Paris. The Livinparis team took great care of them throughout their stay, and I don’t regret choosing this place for the holiday season at all. They’re leaving delighted. Comfort, cleanliness, and impeccable service quality. I highly recommend it 100%.

We (family of 5) stayed two nights at a unit by the Sentier metro stop and had a great experience. Location is fantastic for walking to major sites. Unit is top floor (7th locally or 8th in US terms) but there is an elevator that goes to 2nd highest floor. Check in was extremely easy as we communicated via WhatsApp and were able to get in the unit an hour early - plus we enjoyed the welcome gift (coffee pods and a bottle of wine). Unit was well stocked with what we needed for kitchen and bathrooms and had some plug adapters so we didn’t have to unpack ours. Living room/kitchen area was a bit noisy but bedrooms were pretty quiet and we had no issues. We would definitely stay again at this or another LivinParis unit.
