I would strongly caution future guests against booking with this company. My family and I checked in for a four-night stay, but after only one night in the apartment, we found a bed bug on the duvet in one of the bedrooms. We documented this with photographs and video, and my cousin had visible bites on his arm that were consistent with bed bug bites. We were left scrambling to find emergency hotel accommodation at around 2:00 AM. This was extremely stressful and expensive, particularly as it was during a busy weekend in Paris. We also had to pay for dry cleaning and bed bug aftercare for our belongings after leaving. The worst part of the experience was not only the infestation itself, but the way the hosts handled it. Rather than showing concern or offering immediate help, the host initially denied my refund request and disputed the evidence, despite the photos, video, and bites. I authorised them to enter the apartment to investigate and, after doing so, they essentially stopped communicating until the original checkout time, leaving us without updates while the situation was prolonged and my follow-up messages were ignored. I later spoke with the general manager, who acknowledged that there had been bed bugs in the apartment, but only offered inadequate compensation. Throughout this process, they were difficult to deal with, showed little empathy, and were quick to try to shift blame onto us, despite the general manager admitting that the likely source of the bed bugs was a previous guest, which raises serious concerns about their health and safety checks. Furthermore, this was compounded by the fact that the hosts expressed frustration that our booking remained active during the days we were no longer staying there, as it prevented them from relisting the apartment for new guests. This was particularly concerning given that it was the Fête de la Musique weekend, when demand for accommodation is very high. It raises serious concerns that, had they been able to relist the apartment immediately after we left, there may not have been sufficient time to properly address the infestation before another guest arrived, potentially exposing others to the same situation we experienced. This was an extremely distressing experience that affected our health, safety, belongings, and trip as a whole. In the end, the costs we had to incur to ensure we stayed in a bed bug-free environment and avoid bringing the infestation home were more than double what we originally paid for the Airbnb, effectively tripling our overall budget once we accounted for the original booking, emergency accommodation, and aftercare services. None of this seemed to be met with any real sympathy from the hosts, despite us being a group of students with limited funds. I would not recommend booking with these hosts, especially given the lack of support, communication, and accountability after such a serious issue.

We are so sorry Deema and her group had this experience, but it is important to provide the full context. The guests chose to leave the property without contacting us or giving us the opportunity to assist. As soon as we were notified, we acted immediately and arranged for a licensed pest control company to inspect and treat the apartment. The inspection confirmed a minor, isolated bed bug presence. While this is an unfortunate reality that can occasionally occur in any accommodation, including 5* hotels, we take it extremely seriously. Our housekeeping team is trained to identify any signs of bed bugs during routine inspections, but despite these preventive measures, isolated cases can still occur. The apartment was professionally treated at significant cost and has since been inspected and confirmed to be completely free of any bed bugs before welcoming new guests. We remain committed to providing a safe, clean, and comfortable stay for every guest.

The location was fantastic, the property was well appointments, and the hosts were extremely helpful! From meeting us upon arrival and showing us the property and how to use things, to even after our departure when I left behind a pair of AirPods that they retrieved and sent to me quickly for which I was very grateful! I highly recommend!!

We stayed in this apartment in Paris as part of a team seminar, and everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment is stunning—beautifully decorated with great taste—and offers a very high level of comfort and finish. The bedrooms are especially impressive, worthy of a luxury hotel, with exceptional comfort. A huge thank-you as well to the hosts for their kindness. We had left a few items behind, and they were thoughtful enough to send them back to us graciously. A rare and genuinely appreciated gesture. We highly recommend this place without hesitation!

An absolutely exceptional stay from April 2 to April 6, 2026! The apartment on Rue Saulnier was a fantastic find, perfect in every way. The location is simply unbeatable: right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of everything you might need. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafés, and services are all just steps away, making the stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The apartment is welcoming, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The spaces are bright, clean, and well-organized, making it ideal for both short stays and longer visits. From the very first moment, you feel a relaxing, home-like atmosphere. An added value is the management by the office: communication was quick, the staff extremely helpful, and the overall organization impeccable. Every need was handled with professionalism and courtesy, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. A major highlight is the convenience: being able to step outside and have everything at your fingertips is a huge advantage, especially when visiting a city and wanting to make the most of your time. In summary, a perfect solution for anyone looking for comfort, a strategic location, and a pleasant environment, supported by efficient and attentive management. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Paris and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, very central and close to the metro, shopping streets, and supermarkets, which made getting around and everyday errands very easy. We were 8 people staying in the apartment, and it worked perfectly for all of us. There was plenty of space, and everyone felt comfortable throughout the stay. Having two toilets and two bathrooms made a big difference when traveling as a larger group. Check-in was smooth and flexible, and the same goes for check-out, which made the whole experience very convenient. We would definitely recommend this apartment for larger groups, whether it’s several couples traveling together or a big family like ours.

Beautiful and pleasant apartment which just recently has been stylishly decorated. Very cosy and practical for our stay with two families. Not far from the centre of Paris and metrostation nearby. We were very well welcomed and communication went very smooth. Small remark : we could not find the teatowels as they were 'hidden' in the cupboard with the refrigerator.
