They estimated two months to clone a website, maintain a Windows desktop, set up four email accounts, and migrate the content from those accounts. Five months in, not even 50% of the project had been completed. In their communications, and under pressure, they didn’t hesitate to tell the client to do it himself. Which is exactly what happened. But they still wanted to charge for the work, of course—including the work the client did himself. For readers: note that more than 50% of the positive reviews come from employees. Ahem.
