Les-Tilleuls.coop is owned entirely by the people who work for it. The company is run democratically: every major decision is put to a vote among the co-operators, with one person carrying one vote, and the business shares its profits fairly with every employee. As advocates of Free Software, we motivate our teams to help improve the tools we rely on whenever they can. That commitment has led us to contribute to well-known projects including Symfony, where we are part of the core team, as well as Kubernetes, PHP, Create React App, Laravel, and Azure Brigade. We also created API Platform, a framework that makes it possible to launch API-first projects in record time and is now used across five continents by organizations such as General Electric, Decathlon, Renault, and BNP Paribas.
