Description
For a Japanese manufacturing company, Kuroko Labs built a fully automated meeting dashboard based on self-hosted Whisper: every team meeting is recorded, optimized and transcribed in Japanese, and turned into searchable knowledge through a five-step agent pipeline. Solution
A five-stage agent pipeline: intake via Microsoft Graph, Japanese-optimized transcription using a locally hosted Whisper instance, verification of Kanji names against a directory of 73 employees, extracting tasks into a Kanban board with estimated effort, and feeding everything into the company-wide knowledge agents. Microsoft Graph Attendance controls which users can see which meetings.
Results
Over 800 meetings analyzed fully automatically, with 8 meeting types automatically classified and color-coded. A dashboard available in three languages (Japanese, Thai, and English). Executives can access every meeting—without attending.
