We are an authentic agency with a strong human component. Kommdirekt is typically Generation Y/Z, but also has analog roots.
Our office is located in beautiful Augsburg. myCREATON is the mobile sales solution for the entire field sales team at CREATON GmbH. The offline-capable solution, developed on the basis of SAMOA, supports the sales representatives in their daily work and digitizes the processes. The system is fully integrated into CREATON's IT landscape and linked bidirectionally to CRM, ERP, PIM and MAM/DAM, among others, via an interface. A connection to the existing marketing automation system rounds off the system for sales.
In 2014, the need for digitalization in sales was certainly lower than it is today - but the people in charge at CREATON had already recognized that enormous potential would be wasted if sales processes were not digitalized accordingly. This laid the foundation for myCREATON 1.0 and the project was implemented on the basis of SAMOA.
