So you don't need to have anything delivered to this shop/address, as there is no way to pick up your parcel. My mother is disabled, called specially and the answering machine indicated an opening time of 16-19 o'clock. She went there, but unfortunately the store was closed. And apparently it must have been like this for a long time, as a neighbor reported and unfortunately nobody has time to go there on the off chance every day. It's a shame, which is why it only gets one star.

worst parcel store in the whole of halle! how can a parcel store be closed the whole week? i can't pick up my parcel now and have to wait weeks again until i get my money back and can order again to finally get my things. thanks klebe portal
For example, due to illness. The parcel services have been aware of the closure since last week Tuesday and have been instructed to collect all consignments. The parcel services have access, if they do not comply with the request, it is not our fault. Of course, we appreciate any feedback from people who don't come up with the idea of why a company might be closed all week. Perhaps we are doing this on purpose and are secretly working with the Grinch to steal Christmas.

I have never experienced this before, what kind of opening hours are these? I had to pick up my package on Friday, the trip was free, so if you offer something like this and then have such opening hours, you should ask yourself whether it might not be appropriate to no longer offer this service. Completely incomprehensible how you can offer something like this at all with such opening hours, because of the service offered I would think 3 times whether I use the other service, just bad!!! Now I was the 2 times for free at the so-called adhesive portal.now with the info, business until 15.12.closed, just the last. I have now requested a complaint thank you very much for your incompetent service the follow-up work will probably bear the same signature.ONE STAR IS STILL TOO MUCH JUST GREEDY!!!If you then read in the reviews how the gentleman tries to justify his incompetence by trying to be funny.it's just an indictment of poverty!!!!

Closed since 02.12. According to the notice on site, it will reopen on 09.12. Just been there & now there's a new notice on it, closed until 15.12. There must be lots of Christmas presents here!!!

I called beforehand to see if it was open. No information to the contrary, so I went there. There was a note saying that it would be closed for the next five days. Not recommended at all as a parcel store. Incidentally, the opening hours generally differ from those on Google.

Klebe Portal has quite good opening hours on Mondays and Tuesdays from 4 to 6 p.m. Closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays and Fridays from 4 to 6 p.m. Closed on Saturdays too. These are quite good opening hours if you want to pick up a parcel or a parcel driver wants to drop off the parcels only three days out of six working days "open" This is called a parcel store. A parcel store is actually open more days and hours a week so that working people who are unable to pick up their letters or parcels can go there from home and collect their parcels
