The website was made available to the customer online in a test area on 5/28/22. We then explained to the customer two ways to connect his domain. Since neither of these ways was feasible for the customer, we offered him an extended service to obtain the auto-info for his domains. This information was not sent to us for four months. Then also not the suitable access to the service administration. Currently, no online connection is possible, because the customer has still not given his approval for the mail conversion. We have also tried several times to call the customer during normal business hours without success. We have tried very hard to accompany the customer on the way to the online connection and offered an extended service. The poor and factually inaccurate rating is disappointing for us.

A few days ago I had a problem with an e-mail. One call to Mr. Kröger and the problem was solved in no time. For over 20 years, I have been able to rely on the competent, friendly and fast cooperation. The price-performance ratio is also perfect, so I am happy to recommend this company.

For a good year now, we have been supported by KCS and have not regretted the decision at any time. The solutions offered by Mr. Kroeger and the ones we need are congruent, the homepage construction kit is easy to understand and if the system breaks down ... Mr. Kröger helps personally and with a lot of patience and expertise through the "computer jungle". And: Also the price-performance ratio is right, therefore there are from 5 of 5 stars.
