KAPA Computer GmbH

Quick help and a solution to the problem thanks to knowledgeable and friendly staff. I’m very satisfied.

The company called me back right away after my inquiry. We scheduled an appointment, and they kept it. The service staff were polite, knowledgeable, and highly motivated. The issue was handled professionally and quickly. Anytime again.

Computers aren't my strong suit—which is why I'm all the happier and more grateful to have discovered KAPA Computer GmbH! Here, as a customer, you’re not just a number—you receive personal, friendly, and very patient guidance. And they really have to be patient with me, because I’m actually the biggest “DAU” (= Dumbest Assed User) you can imagine... I thank the whole team for all these years of reliable support! It’s great that companies like yours still exist. It’s fantastic that KAPA doesn’t leave small businesses by the wayside when things get tough. I really appreciate the company philosophy you live by: Being there from the very beginning, building alongside the customer, and growing with them ultimately creates a holistic, well-rounded approach. It’s great that you’re here!
