KAOS - the name of the company says it all. After the order was placed, unfortunately nothing happened for almost 2 months. Feedback by email or requests for a callback were very sporadic. Unfortunately, there was also no response to an email to the boss. Dear Mr. Schauer, It is a great pity that we did not receive a response to our email to you, but only to the review. I find it a pity that you judge me and my behavior although you were not even present, a second-hand information. All this would have been spared if you had contacted me briefly by phone or email to clarify a few things directly and shed some light on the situation - which speaks for itself. After we agreed to the offer, there was no response for over 6 weeks, not even when we asked. After a call in which their employee promised on the phone that she would send us results on the same day, but this simply did not happen. After a call from us in which we were assured that we would be contacted, this call back did not happen either. In fact, I then sought out your agency personally to speak to you directly. I rang the doorbell and kindly asked if I could come in. When I asked what the matter was, I asked for the managing director or a representative who was not present. Her employee denied this in a very harsh tone, saying that there was no representative. I was then treated to a very harsh tone from her, although no insulting remarks were made from either side. When I asked her to speak to me in a normal, reasonable tone, she unfortunately didn't respect that. Just as the courtesy distance was exceeded. As the conversation could not be conducted on an objective level, I left. Which is why we then sought contact with you.
