Unfortunately, useless as a business partner. Order placed on time, goods were not ready on the requested/agreed date and no alternative solutions were proposed. Unfortunately no recommendation!!!!

The quality of the goods is good, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. Do not respond at all to my complaint email, although we have ordered there several times and we should be appreciated as a customer. Have the impression that there are no proper processes here as far as communication is concerned. Is an absolute no-go for an advertising material provider. Addendum: The company has responded swiftly to this review and was very accommodating, so I set the star count high and would also like to praise for this! It was probably actually because my email was also lost for technical reasons.
