Working with K13—especially with Holger Kleffmann and his team—has been a special experience for us from the very beginning. As young entrepreneurs and founders of APPART & Hotelmanagement GmbH, we took over the arador CITY Hotel in Bad Oeynhausen on October 1, 2025. Right from the start, we were faced with many tasks at once: repositioning the hotel, renovating it, structuring processes—and establishing an online presence all at the same time. This is exactly where K13 stepped in to help us immediately. Within a very short time, a quick interim solution was created for our website so that our small hotel was already visible online right from the start. The most important content from the old site was transferred and professionally integrated—a perfect foundation while we simultaneously renovated the hotel, took new photos, and compiled all the content step by step. When everything was finally ready, the K13 team fully implemented our new website. The subpages were structured thoughtfully, the content was professionally crafted, and the overall look of the site was designed with a keen eye for detail. We’d especially like to highlight Holger Kleffmann himself. His vast expertise, combined with his calm and very pleasant demeanor, immediately inspires trust. You quickly realize that you’re working with someone who has extensive experience and can explain complex topics in an understandable way. Our direct contact was Jamie Li Knickmeier, a media psychologist at K13. Together with her, we developed the layout, built the site’s structure, and designed the content to perfectly match our hotel. Her expertise in concept development, design, and online marketing was a huge asset to us. “Thrilled” doesn’t quite capture how we feel—we’re truly impressed by the result. The new website conveys exactly what we want to stand for: a small, independently owned CITY hotel—authentic, personal, and with great attention to detail. I stumbled upon the K13 website by chance, but the way they communicate on it is, in my personal opinion, extremely impressive.
