Description
Task:
- Interim takeover of the social media channels (4 months in 2022 and 5 months in 2023) with the aim of developing a strategy taking into account the strategic communication goals of the GNTB, the continuous support of the social media channels including recommendation which channels should be used, community management and community building.
Idea:
- Providing information on the GNTB's work as a contractor for the German government to market Germany's tourism diversity abroad and demonstrate the compatibility of tourism and sustainability. Development of various communication formats on the LinkedIn platform combined with intensive community management to build a B2B community.
Measures:
- Kick-off strategy meeting
- Setting up and managing a digital editorial plan
- Advising the GNTB departments (GNTB head office and all 25 agencies abroad) on suitable posting topics and suitable images or videos
- Writing all posts
- Post-production (e.g. copywriting, image editing, image processing).e.g. copywriting, image editing, video editing)
- Posting 3 posts per week on LinkedIn (English & German)
- Intensive community management on five working days per week
- Regular editorial meetings
- Monthly performance review as part of a written report and discussion in the Jour Fix
