I do not recommend anyone sign a contract with this firm. We've spent over 50K and have absolutely nothing to show for it except some lawyer fees now. The kickoff process was smooth, well-organized, and easy to follow, and the team clearly knows MSP marketing. Our account managers themselves were terrific, and I looked forward to our bi-weekly calls with them. However in the following months, JF proceeded to fill our blogs and website with what was clearly AI-generated garbage, much of it did not make sense to human readers, painful to read, and was even contradictory to itself. One posted webpage reported us in business for eleven years (wrong), while directly adjacent stated we have long-term clients for over twenty! We reported our concerns repeatedly over the course of months and spent hours of our own time reworking every piece so it wouldn't embarrass our brand. God forbid one of our existing customers happen to read through our website and see it! JF's defense was "nobody reads this stuff anyway and if you want results we need to move quickly." To me it was like they were basically dropping nukes, hoping to hit "something" and not caring how bad it appears. This continued and nothing changed, while no actual leads were coming in, so we attempted to cancel our contract early, but JF refused. They continued to bill and attempted to withdraw funds from our bank after we explicitly revoked their permission to do so. Now the whole thing is with the lawyers. Had I known this was the outcome, I absolutely would not have proceeded with Jumpfactor after their initial sales calls where we were explicitly promised high quality copy, not AI-garbage.
