Absolutely not recommended. Send invoices with the wrong addresses and/or attachments that can’t be opened. The support team doesn’t respond to emails, and nobody is reachable by phone. Our legal counsel will have to get involved here now.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with Jimdo, but handling the annual accounts is simply unprofessional and incredibly unfriendly to customers. Every year it’s the same—and this year the transition process was even worse, with such poor support. If you want to be the preferred partner for self-employed people, then start by learning to upload your invoices in the portal as a PDF—and including the payment details—as a download. That’s why I’m downgrading the rating to 3 stars.

Don’t respond to emails even though I bought the more expensive plan. The only thing you’ve got is this useless bot that can’t do anything. You can’t add HTML elements. You can’t add a Facebook Pixel. You can’t add a blog. What is this? You realize it’s 2026, right?

With our Creator website builder, you can integrate custom programming. It also includes a blog feature. If you’d like to test the Creator, just create a new website through your Jimdo account and choose the option “Create a website with pro features.” Then you can try Creator with the free Creator Free package. The design options are extremely limited and too rigid for professional needs. Customization is barely possible. On top of that, the customer service is frustrating, with long wait times and responses that aren’t very helpful. The price-to-performance ratio isn’t competitive compared to other providers. Not recommended.
