My website was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. Now I can’t log in anymore and I also can’t get in touch.

Very bad experience with Jimdo—prices keep increasing, and you need to make sure you don’t miss the automatic renewal or you’ll end up paying €165. Customer service is completely inconsistent. Bottom line: I strongly don’t recommend it; there are plenty of better-quality services.
