We’d rather build solutions that are made for a specific job—products people actually use to get something done. Good design matters because it keeps our websites and apps enjoyable to use. The principles below guide us: User centered A strong product begins with a strong user experience. That’s why we kick off every project by defining the target audience and the goals users want to achieve. Throughout the process, we use those insights as a compass, ensuring our designs stay meaningful and relevant. Data driven design We routinely validate prototypes with the target group—by running tests, interviewing users, and sharing our concepts with friends and family. This helps us understand individual (qualitative) experiences. We also work from the numbers every day: Hotjar, Google Analytics, online surveys, and A/B experiments. Together, these let us make (quantitative) decisions about the full target audience. In short, we confirm our design directions and build a dependable basis for further improvements. One team We perform best when we work as one team with our clients and their target users. This combines the client’s understanding of the product and the market with our expertise and craftsmanship.
