Dropped a request yesterday. Arrival at 12:00 noon. The guest said around 2:00 or 3:00—they’d be loading. At 4:30 there was still no information. They changed their loading decision three times. They start loading, then say they won’t load for 15 minutes—then it turns into 10 minutes, and the next minute it’s “not loading again.” Every time they act like this, getting worked up and unhooking/re-hooking like there’s no sense to it. And of course they don’t relay the information they’re supposed to get from the boss over the phone, because apparently no one here can be bothered to pass along the updates. One star for the nice man from the warehouse. I don’t recommend this company.
