The cooperation with itec was extremely positive from the very beginning. As our IT service provider, itec has proven to be a reliable, competent and proactive partner. We were particularly impressed by the fast response time to inquiries and problems. The itec team is always available and ready to help, which is an enormous added value in critical situations. Communication is clear and understandable, even for non-technicians. The technical expertise of the employees is outstanding. Whether it was a question of supporting our infrastructure, implementing new systems or advising on IT security issues, itec always presented and implemented professional and well thought-out solutions. We also appreciate itec's proactive approach. They think along with us, point out potential weaknesses and suggest future-proof solutions that help us to continuously optimize our IT landscape. In summary, we can say that itec is a highly recommended IT service provider. Their reliability, competence and commitment have convinced us. Absolute disappointment - brazen scam! I would like to share my experience with this company, which was anything but positive. After paying large bills in the hope that the promised services would be provided, I was bitterly disappointed. After transferring the money, I was simply turned away as a customer with the flimsy excuse that the person in charge had resigned. The communication was unprofessional and anything but transparent. I will never see my money again and the services provided have not materialized. I can only urgently warn against this company. Hands off to avoid falling into the same trap!
