I can’t recommend this IT service provider. The communication was consistently inadequate and, in parts, downright catastrophic. Responses came late—or not at all—agreements weren’t followed, and important information was lost. Reliable, transparent communication is especially essential in IT—and unfortunately, that’s where this experience fell short. Overall, it didn’t leave a professional impression.

We came across IT-TEC by chance at the end of 2021 and are now very happy that we decided to work with them. Despite the distance, communication is always straightforward and the company is always available—whether it's support or colleagues in sales. We particularly appreciate the help they give us to help ourselves and the fact that they don't always immediately resort to expensive solutions. Remote support works smoothly, and when there has been a major problem, someone has always been on site quickly, often on the same day. We feel very well looked after and can recommend this company without reservation.
