Absolutely lousy ... 2 months and my computer still doesn't work. Best to close the store if you have no idea. Hands off

Sorry, but the computer is not repairable as already communicated several times. And please finally pick up the device during opening hours (see here on Google), otherwise it will be disposed of.

Hello Wiz Wiz, unfortunately I cannot assign your case under this pseudonym, but it sometimes happens that we do not get a problem solved. The processing time depends largely on the research/supply of required spare parts or manufacturer support requests.
