I contacted IoTize SAS when my system run into issues after installation of a software product of another company. What i did not know is that both software are using the driver versions of the same hardware driver. the support team of IoTize SAS replied very fast with advices and could find the driver issues quickly and gave me an uninstallation and installation manual which solved the driver issue.
