No professional service. Agreed response times were not met; telephone service seemed very incompetent to me. Mr. Mai refused to cancel the contract retroactively by mutual agreement; however, he agreed to cancel the contract as of the current month. Conclusion: several months of money collected for nothing. The customer wanted support in the private house for Cisco WLAN devices, where he had no access data and these are managed by Telekom. Unfortunately, the contract with Telekom was not extended? By mutual agreement should then also be so or Mr. Lenz?
