After just a few weeks at this company, it becomes clear that this agency is different - positively different! Many of the more than 100 employees have been working here for several years, which is very rare and special, especially for agencies in this environment. The team spirit is palpable every day. Of course, no workplace is perfect, but here you can sense very early on and continuously that everyone is pulling together and giving their best - every day. And this is exactly what the agency's customers confirm time and again: projects are delivered on time and successfully, and at a very high technical and quality level. It is also very exciting to get to know the entire WordPress open source community through various Syde-sponsored events in Europe, the USA and Asia. The annual offsite events are also something very special, as you get to meet people who otherwise only work remotely, brainstorm and have fun together. Overall, I can highly recommend Syde as an employer and also as a professional service provider for complex, international web projects and/or plugin solutions.

Applied for a job listing online. Got a response to do a task. Wasted a lot time finishing it, exactly the way they wanted, took extra steps for it to be high quality. Didn't get any feedback on it. No response, nothing. I get it, I wasn't selected, but the least they could do was to give feedback on the task like they said they would "We will check your code, quality and collaborating with you when you have finished the task." Edit: Please just don't give people tasks to do if you're not interested in the first place. I know, it goes both ways, applicants can be annoying too.

Inpsyde received the order to rebuild our WEB site in Word Pres. The schedule for the implementation was exceeded by 1 year and the execution was then unusable. We then hired another agency that after 4 months brought the new website online. In the end we were forced by the lawyer of Inpsyde to all payments. Never again Inpsyde !

Clarification: The schedule overrun was demonstrably partly the fault of RH Electronics. The order was only executed in parts and then canceled, because RH was not willing to have the development of a complex website with special interfaces and functionalities developed individually, but wanted to fall back on ready-made themes and plugins (for 60€), which were not designed for these requirements, in order to save costs. RH did not want to pay for work that had been done and completed because of the termination, which is why a legal dispute became necessary, which Inpsyde would probably have won in court. At RH's request, an out-of-court settlement was reached, with discounts granted, to settle the dispute peacefully.
