Our experience with Innovapps was very negative. Many clauses of our contract were not respected. We paid a first time for the final product. We paid a second time for the repair of all these functions, which took months and was never really completed. Of course, this was paid for a second time. We were even billed for sending very brief emails with no real content. Finally, the source code, which belonged to us according to the signed contract, was never delivered. We do not recommend this company.

Customer satisfaction is one of our key priorities and the situation you describe is well outside our usual high standards. Please let us talk about the details in person. Two observations in advance: 1. When designing online shops, it is critical that we gain in-depth knowledge of your business processes to do our job carefully and comply with our contractual obligations. For this we depend on your cooperation, particularly when requirements keep changing throughout the project. Which channel and to what extent this know-how transfer takes place is not decisive for accounting. The work we have to do in the background to be able to map your individual requirements is what matters, and we invoice in accordance with the contract. You can see how we have implemented the many details in the source code, which was sent to you as agreed. 2. In dropshipping, certain laws must be complied with in payment transactions, which we adhere to strictly. Of course, we can have another discussion what options are available within a legal framework for processing using payment service providers. Please call me to clarify these points and to make sure that there is no confusion caused by language barriers. By all means, we are keen to ensure that this is resolved and to investigate any ambiguities further.
