Solution

Veka AG commissioned Vallée und Partner in cooperation with INFOMOTION to implement Celonis as well as to provide technical analysis and consulting for process optimization. After a smooth technical integration, the actual process analysis began with the help of Celonis. In close cooperation with the experts of the VEKA departments, concrete potentials were quickly identified. Transparency in the customers' ordering behavior, for example, enabled patterns to be uncovered and used for optimal process alignment. Together with the VEKA project team and the internal departments, customized analyses around the order-to-cash process were developed. The transparency gained with the help of Celonis is to remain a firm foundation in VEKA AG's process management in the long term. The project enables management and operational staff to make future decisions based on concrete figures and data - from rigid data analyses to powerful data performance.

Results

VEKA AG is very satisfied with the project progress and the added value that the project team was able to provide with Celonis. The company plans to extend the process mining technology to other processes such as Procure-to-Pay or Planto- Produce. INFOMOTION is pleased about the successful collaboration with VEKA and is available as a competent partner for further projects.
