I don't know what kind of company you are or what kind of so-called professionalism you have if you treat your employees the way you do. People who think they're going to inherit the company just because they treat their coworkers badly won't get very far. For better or worse, what goes around comes around in life.

If you're going to go with IC, I suggest you insist on a deadline and an agreed-upon number of conversions—even if it's just an estimate—because I've spent more than 12,000 euros and had only one conversion in 11 months. Once the contract is signed, the level of service changes. I trusted them, and I was wrong.

They hit me 3times in a row with what they call lucky data. The first one I had to pay was $200.00 then the second one was $400.00then the third one was $1,114.00 witch I will not pay cause they can't guarantee me I will not get hit with another lucky data before I can finish that task

I had a very bad experience with them. The pre-sales process was great, but once the project was awarded, their level of commitment and responsiveness to the client was very low. Be careful with what you find online. It’s better to talk to people who’ve had real, firsthand experience with these companies.
