If I could, I would gladly give 0 stars. I am more than just disappointed with how the application process went here. Everything I liked in the interview and what the company apparently stands for: organization, honesty and openness was the complete opposite in the end. The HR manager kept emphasizing what a great feeling he had and that I was the first female applicant (this would probably be an advantage), among other things he gave me tips on how best to behave on the trial day. He obviously made me feel safe. The end of the story: after a long wait, I was invited to the taster day, but two days later it was canceled again on the grounds that it couldn't be planned yet and there were other applicants. Two weeks later, the final rejection came by e-mail. I have never experienced anything so unprofessional. Rejections or not, the way it happened is not acceptable. This is no way to deal with potential employees, and I absolutely cannot recommend this company.
