Absolutely unprofessional. The contract was signed, and then I was ghosted across every channel. Even the online meeting times we agreed on were never kept. Our campaign suffered a lot because there was no alternative available on such short notice. For four weeks, emails, phone calls, Teams meetings, and the hotline all went unanswered. Referral rate: 0
