Promised a lot, delivered nothing.

I had already arranged two number transfers with IDCOM. All documents and evidence were submitted on time in both cases. On both occasions, there were inexplicable complications up to the deadline for the change. However, the employees were always helpful and friendly.

We have been a customer of ID-KOM for many years. In the beginning, our computer system and telephone system were well taken care of there. - The company became bigger and bigger and the service was not better. In December 22 we were offered license extensions for our telephone system. - Three months later, the service for our still relatively current telephone system was terminated because this business area is probably no longer served by ID-Kom. - As a "last act" we needed the administrator access for our system to grant access to the new service partner from the region. As expected, this simple request also turned out to be rather difficult. - In conclusion, we are glad to have a partner who only takes care of telephone systems. The business relationship with ID-Kom is now over. Some things could have been done better in terms of customer service. SUPPLEMENT: After a very pleasant callback from the managing director of ID-Kom, I agreed to read the evaluation again. I have done so, but conclude that even reading it with some distance (after two weeks) it is apt. I have deleted the sentence from the bookbinder Wanninger. Otherwise, I still stand by the factual content of my review.
