I requested a certified translation of some documents. I sent the invoice and the documents via email and regular mail more than two weeks ago. I received the correctly translated version via email, but not the one sent by regular mail. I have asked them again to help me locate the package. I received a broken link and have heard nothing back from them. The agency is supposed to fulfill a service that was paid for in advance, but that hasn’t happened. I’m skeptical.
