My experience as a candidate for an Agile Coach job position: my profile met (and exceeded) the requirements posted in the job description, despite being very demanding. After brilliantly passing the job interview with the recruiting agency and receiving a very positive feedback, I get an interview with the CEO and CTO. The interview seems to be successful but there's not enough time to discuss all the topics. Therefore, they offer to continue the conversation another time and tell me to send an email, if I have anything else to say. So, I decide to prepare a mock-up for them and show, hands-on, that I have the skills and qualifications they are looking for. Furthermore, I make myself available for further interviews. At this point, they completely ghost both myself and the recruiting agency, without providing any feedback whatsoever! After two emails (and three weeks time) soliciting a feedback, they communicate the recruiting agency that they have chosen another candidate, without giving any feedback or details about the reasons. Note: it was an urgent position for a part-time 2-months contract and it took more than one month for them to make a decision... They definitely need an Agile Coach (and a very good one!) to improve their decision and communications skills! In addition, I'd suggest also to have a Business Coach to teach them how to conduct a recruiting process professionally and respectfully.
