Hoplit "installed" a firewall at our school over the summer vacation. Since then, no digital end devices have been working at the school. Neither the panels nor the work laptops or smartphones from which we can print worksheets can access the internet. The firewall is configured in such a nonsensical way that essential websites such as OneDrive or similar are blocked. Such a catastrophic service would be unthinkable in the private sector. When you call, you are put off until "the end of next week". Since the start of the school year, the teachers' workflow has been massively hampered. Not a trace of Hoplit....
