Zero understanding! I applied directly as an apprentice 2 days ago with a vocational baccalaureate, the company's requirements were relatively low. Firstly, I didn't even have the chance to upload my certificates and internship certificates and then I was rejected directly after just one day, although obviously no one has been found yet (as a new advertisement was placed today). I feel like I'm being treated like a school dropout despite having a vocational baccalaureate.

Unfortunately, I couldn't go my planned way with Heptacom. A store move from another agency to Heptacom cost me a fortune. They charge for everything. The smallest services, even phone calls or meetings for certain procedures are charged. There are always at least two people in a meeting, both of whom are paid in full. You don't know customer service. No matter which employee, an unbelievable hourly rate! In one meeting, an employee even verbally suggested to me that I was inciting fraud. I should buy reviews... UNBELIEVABLE !!! They didn't find a solution for another request. First it worked, then suddenly it didn't... Then you had to "check" this. So I had to pay again for a review for a service that had actually already been provided... If I provide my customers with a service/workman service and this is not carried out or is carried out poorly, I take responsibility for this and resolve this issue. This falls under customer service !!! I earned a fortune for six months of cooperation... Sorry, but that simply can't be right. An extreme abuse of trust!
