This DSB mobile app is the last ...(brown emoji should go here). The display of the screen for the app is so bad and mini-small to read that you first have to click on it and then zoom in with both fingers. And then you can't even see clearly at first glance which class it is, because classes a,b,c are grouped together into class levels, e.g. 7, and I also get the information from the other classes. Remember: these are written in lower case, Arial 3 or something like that. In addition, there is no notification of news, so you have to check the app every day, regardless of whether there are absences / substitutions or not. A product from the year 2000 at best, but modern and user-friendly is different.

Unfortunately, Heinekingmedia has the worst support there is. We have been annoyed with the board for over half a year and can no longer do anything with it.

Unfortunately, the statements that happen in the company are not worth much once you have left the building. Especially as an applicant, you should be on your guard. An example: the HR manager offers me a trial day in a 6-eyes interview. The next day I get a call from his secretary telling me that he has changed his mind. I wouldn't expect something like that even from a backyard clique. Very, very dubious. I bet you can extrapolate this behavior to other areas as well. Conclusion: If you have no choice or Madsack is forcing you. Otherwise, better not.

Our town was forced to use digital boards. In general, I don't think these things (at least in my subjects) are any use. There is no relation between cost and benefit. A particular problem with Heineking's products is that they constantly cause problems. A defect here, a broken connection there, etc. And the blackboard software is a joke. The protractor and compass are practically useless, the crop function is ridiculous. Conclusion: A chalkboard creates dust, but always works reliably. Digitization is good, but not in this respect. I have never received a reply to my support emails.

It is a pity that there is effectively no support anymore. Support requests via contact form are not processed. The software for the DPOs is more than outdated. A real pity, years ago the products and the support were unreservedly recommendable, but in the meantime I can only advise against it.
