That’s unbelievable!

Only good experience to a limited extent. After a telephone inquiry, I was told that immediate printing was possible. Unfortunately, this was denied on site, so I had to come back again. The communication on site was not friendly. After I had sent the file by e-mail, no contact details or anything else were noted down by me, so that it only became clear at the pick-up appointment that the file had not arrived although the correct e-mail was used. After everything was finally printed, I only realized at home that the format size had been printed incorrectly despite the correct information in the email. After the complaint, I was simply left with a refund without the option of a correction. In the end, I simply went to Rossmann and got a perfect result for 70% less money. Only two stars because the result was wrong, the communication was subterranean and reproachful and there was no option for improvement in the event of a complaint.

Super inconsiderate employees in cars that are much too fast. The employee of the vehicle HB-××××× (a black Skoda station wagon in the fastest VR version with a child in the back) should perhaps cycle more often or get a slow car as a company car. On 14.11.2023 at around 08:20 (the road was wet and slippery), he was speeding along Robert-Bunsen-Str. at an insane speed and had trouble stopping before the junction with Justus-Liebig-Str.. It was very narrow and he would have hurt me badly. I slipped away in shock. Afterwards, he said to me why I was cutting across his path... but it's right before left and if he'd been doing 30, I would have seen him sooner, but he came shooting up and was suddenly there. The pictures are attached as proof. I won't have anything printed out there either and I'm still stunned at how recklessly he behaved and how brazenly he thought he was right. Terrible.
