Unfortunately, the way DHL handled an improper delivery isn’t really customer-oriented by today’s standards. According to DHL, the package was delivered to a neighbor who doesn’t exist. That’s why a trace request was filed—so far, everything is understandable. However, it’s now been almost 4 weeks. When I followed up again, I was told it could still take another 4 weeks to receive a response from DHL. I get that, but I’ll be ordering from Amazon again in the future. Their customer service is genuinely customer-focused.

In Zukunft werde ich ganz genau darauf achten, keine Bestellungen mehr über die Firma Hatraco aufzugeben. Ich kann nur jedem raten, sich vor einem Kauf über diese Firma sehr genau zu informieren. Vom Kundenservice hat man dort bisher offenbar noch nichts gehört. Hier sollte der Verbraucherschutz ganz genau hinschauen.

I can’t help but agree with the bad reviews. Unfortunately, I didn’t read carefully enough that it was about this company…yes, that’s on me, but it won’t happen again. I had an employee on the phone who came across as arrogant, rude, disrespectful, and self-centered. That’s not how you treat customers!! No willingness to help, no fairness—zero flexibility. I’m definitely not ordering anything from this provider again. As I said, if I had read the reviews upfront, this would have been avoided. One more thing I want to mention: a few hours earlier, I spoke with a different employee who was very nice and friendly.

Extremely UNFRIENDLY, DISRESPECTFUL, ARROGANT, and RUDE, both the staff and the boss personally. As a customer, you feel absolutely unwelcome here, rather than a nuisance and a burden. Unfortunately, even 1 star is too much.

Purchased Nintendo Switch gives up the ghost 15 months after purchase. Hatraco refuses to repair or replace it under the statutory warranty.

I would like to correct my review from 27.08.2024. In the course of further correspondence with Hatraco, it turned out that the payment from Amazon was released with a delay. I have since received my money, which is the important thing for me.
