They often identify problems in our system before we even notice them. Their response times are excellent, and they always take our working hours into account when performing service work. New projects are meticulously planned and implemented on schedule (most of the time ;-) Thanks to Interweber's wealth of experience, they can find a solution to every problem. And what I particularly like is that it doesn't always have to be Microsoft.
