After the contract was signed, a third-party company took over the support and migration. During the 4 years we had no knowledge of any change of contact person, nor were we taken care of or communicated with as a customer, nor was any goodwill possible. We regret the cooperation and are glad that we have now switched to a reliable PDS partner. We cannot recommend the Bleckmann company. Update: 2 weeks after termination by Bleckmann, we as a customer had to ask for a credit note for the quarterly invoice for the months of May and June, one should expect this to be refunded without being asked.
