Team
Our team of around 30 IT specialists consists of experienced system administrators, network technicians, and IT consultants. Since Jens Hagel founded the company in Hamburg in 2004, we have continued to develop and are now a well-coordinated team that works together to find solutions. What sets us apart is that we are true technology enthusiasts who not only want to solve problems, but also understand them. Each of us has our own areas of expertise, whether it's cloud infrastructure, IT security, Microsoft 365, or classic server systems. We share this know-how within the team so that we can always find the best solution for our customers. It is important to us that we are not only technically proficient, but also able to explain things well. Many of our employees have years of experience in supporting medium-sized companies and know exactly what matters in everyday business. Short communication channels, quick decisions, and personal contact persons—that's what our customers particularly appreciate about us.

Case Study by hagel IT-Services GmbH
Description
An established Hamburg-based craft business wanted to modernize its IT and be able to work more flexibly. The challenge was that all important data was stored on a single PC in the workshop, making mobile working impossible. By introducing Microsoft 365 as a central cloud solution, new business hardware, and implementing sevDesk for invoicing, the company was able to fundamentally improve its workflows. The result: full flexibility in data access, secure central storage, and significantly more efficient processes in everyday office life.
Challenge
The company struggled with isolated data stored on a single PC in the workshop, which made flexible working impossible. Files were exchanged laboriously via email or USB stick, invoicing was outdated, and there was no central solution for professional email communication. In addition, there was no reliable IT partner who could support the company with modernization.
Solution
We carried out a comprehensive IT modernization: Microsoft 365 was implemented as a central cloud solution with OneDrive for secure data access from anywhere. Professional email addresses via Outlook ensured clear communication structures. A new business laptop was configured for mobile working and the existing PC was upgraded. For invoicing, we recommended and implemented sevDesk with CTI functionality. A network printer was set up for all workstations. The entire project was carried out at a fixed price with clear documentation.
Results
The company now operates with complete flexibility, with data accessible from anywhere. All data is stored securely and centrally in the cloud, with automatic backups. Invoicing is efficient, requiring just a few clicks, including e-invoices. Office staff can work from home without any problems, and the owner has access to all customer data on the construction site. The time saved is reinvested entirely in the core business: high-quality metalwork for satisfied customers.
