Dear Mr. Gündogdu, Your review includes, in addition to personal opinions, several statements that are either factually incorrect or incomplete, and we would like to correct them. Regarding the contract term: We do not offer a four-year contract term for this product. Your claim that you are bound by the contract for four years is therefore factually wrong. You were able to choose a term of one year or three years, and you selected a 36-month contract from 12.03.2024 to 11.03.2027. This contract is still running as scheduled. Regarding the design and website support: The design was discussed with you, chosen by you, and approved by you before publication. That you no longer like the design agreed at the time is your personal assessment. The website was implemented according to the joint discussions and your approval. Even after the go-live, two additional personal appointments with our media consultant took place directly at your premises. So you also received additional personal support after the implementation was completed. Regarding the payment and reminder process: During the still ongoing contract term, contractually owed payments were not made. Since March 2026, we have been sending monthly letters from our accounts receivable department, including payment reminders and collection notices. As a result, the outstanding receivables were neither resolved nor settled. You only informed our customer service of your new bank details on 10.06.2026. By that time, there had already been outstanding receivables for several months, and payment reminders and collection notices had been sent repeatedly. For that reason, the statement that the bank details were provided in time and that the matter was immediately handed over to a law firm does not match the documented timeline. Only after the previous written requests had gone unanswered and the outstanding receivables remained unpaid was the matter handed over to a law firm. So there can be no question of an immediate involvement of legal counsel. Despite the continuing outstanding receivables, the website is still fully online today and usable by you. We take factual criticism seriously. However, a review that claims a four-year contract term that we do not offer and omits essential parts of the project and the payment and reminder history presents a misleading picture of the actual facts.
