At first glance, this seemed like good software. However, after just a week of testing, I already realized it has tons of bugs. The automated rules are really bad—they either don’t work at all or are very difficult to get working. On top of that, the features inside the software are also very mediocre. After testing, I wanted to stop because it didn’t meet my expectations, and they told me I had to delete my account for that. Then, from my paid investment of €250 (one-year subscription), I got exactly €0 back. Even though I only used it for a week, they wanted to keep the full amount. When I said it was fair that they didn’t have to refund everything, they still responded with a rude, dismissive message. They’re just out to take your money—definitely not recommended!

If you're looking for a customer support tool to integrate your messaging channels, Casengo is your best option. They offer a Software as a Service integrating WhatsApp, Mail and Facebook messages and a customizable chat widget(we can add it on our websites) in one inbox. Definitely, it's an amazing experience. Best customer support tool of the market.
