Very frustrating experience with the “Bund” app. I rarely write reviews, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. The “Bund” app for legitimization simply does not work reliably. Basic functions fail, processes get stuck, and the overall user experience feels unfinished and poorly tested. What should be a straightforward digital process turns into a time-consuming and frustrating ordeal. The helpline unfortunately did not improve the situation. The support staff seemed unfamiliar with common issues and were unable to provide clear or helpful guidance. In the end, the only solution was to go to the Bürgerbüro in person, which completely defeats the purpose of offering a digital service in the first place. There is clearly a significant gap between what this app promises and what it actually delivers. I hope this will be addressed, because in its current state, it is not a reliable solution.

Unfortunately, complete garbage. The idea of reading data from the residents' registration office and saving it on a server, i.e. API access - save - The idea doesn't seem to have caught on yet. What a pity. It will probably just take another 20 years and 50 billion taxpayers' money before we can copy and paste data. By the way, it took Estonia 2 weeks to get the software up and running.
