As a former employee, I personally had rather negative experiences with the company. In the context of a possible takeover, I was offered a salary that was significantly lower than what I had previously received through the temporary employment agency. In addition, I found the overall remuneration to be low. Furthermore, I was assigned to another project without prior consultation, which did not meet my expectations or interests. In my opinion, my own wishes and suggestions were only taken into account to a limited extent. Finally, I asked several times for a clarifying discussion—both by email and by phone—but unfortunately received no response. Overall, the collaboration was disappointing for me.

They post everywhere that they are looking for employees, you apply to them, all the points they expect from us, even more + experience, and still as feedback you get a negative answer, they can't even tell you the reason why they don't invite us for an interview. You can change the name of making customers happy with making customers sad that will suit you better, I can only say that I will never recommend you to anyone, preferably everyone should run away from you.

I am writing to you to express my deepest disappointment with the course of the application process at GKK DialogGroup. Despite my intensive preparation, my professional appearance and the positive signals I received during the entire process, I was rejected in the end without any plausible explanation. The first step was a detailed video interview with F., during which I was clearly told that I would be a good fit for the team. I was also assured that a 32-hour week and the option of working from home would be no problem once I had completed my induction. This positive feedback reinforced my decision to pursue the application process with full commitment. I then waited two months for a personal interview - a period during which I even turned down a job offer from another employer in order to focus on your position. F. also showed great interest before the face-to-face interview by texting me to ask if I was still interested in the position and emphasizing how much he was looking forward to meeting me. The personal interview was extremely professional on my part. I was the only applicant who dressed and behaved appropriately. My recruitment test was also successful. During the interview, I was again assured that the agreed framework conditions - such as the 32-hour week and later working from home - were feasible. It was also agreed that I would work on site during the induction period. It was all the more shocking to receive a curt rejection a few days later without any explanation. When I asked what the reason was, I received no response. Neither my phone calls nor my written contact attempts were answered - not even by F. who seemed so convinced beforehand. I find this ignorance and lack of willingness to communicate extremely disrespectful. The behavior of the GKK DialogGroup in this application process was by far the most unprofessional and inhumane I have ever experienced. It is unacceptable to put applicants off like this, to raise their hopes and ultimately to show no transparency or respect in communication. It is particularly disappointing that such incidents happen in a company that clearly places little value on professional conduct - which was also demonstrated, for example, by the fact that F. greeted me at the interview wearing a hoodie. I will publicize this incident on platforms such as Kununu, Google Reviews, StepStone and others in order to inform future applicants about how such processes work at your company. It is my intention to point out that applicants must also be treated with dignity and respect.
Beautiful rooms, bookable for events. Unfortunately only a few parking spaces around it.
