We are one of the largest agents of Ferienwohngen in and around Kühlungsborn (Baltic Sea resort). Thereby we offer a so-called "carefree package" for our prospective customers, who would like to give their vacation homes to the mediation, so that we can offer everything from a hand. That means we communicate with the administration, take care of the cleaning, have our own laundry, etc. I am responsible for customer service and process optimization in the company.

The data should be centrally viewable and controllable and communicate with a time recording. In addition, it should be possible to create duty rosters with the tool and be able to display associated, anticipated working times. This work should be embedded in the program so that we become more efficient and see where we have suffered disadvantages in this process so far (e.g. lost time).

From feedback and expressions of interest from various vendors who responded to our RFP. We consulted with them to see if they fit the scale we represent as a company. It quickly became apparent if the vendors were making these types of constructs for larger companies. So we checked which supplier, in terms of their references, could most accurately identify the problem and best meet our challenge, for example because they had the experience and know-how to do so. Of course, the cost factor was also important for us.

First, as part of the project planning, they worked out in which stages and steps they would take over the development. They always kept us up to date with regular feedback. They asked questions and clarified open points. In the process, the provider is very close to us and in constant exchange.

First and foremost, we have been in contact with the Head of Sales and the Managing Director. They have taken over the project management and their development team is in contact with our developers.

At the current time, the project has not yet been completed. Therefore, I can only share the visible results for us on this. We already have access to the completed web and app-based modules, which makes it clear to us that the picture is slowly emerging of what we envisioned. In doing so, the developers have the freedom to design these modules as they see fit. We can give feedback on that if we want something different. However, the results we see now are not yet the goal. We can't judge that until the project is complete. So far, we can see the construct externally. The functions are not yet executable for us.

Yes, definitely. We are so far within the timeframes that we have set for ourselves. During the project, we were able to learn that the vendor has another focus in design. Based on our satisfaction in the cooperation, we placed another order for this focus, detached from the discussed project, and expanded our cooperation.

The communication went smoothly. At no time were we concerned that we had chosen the wrong service provider or that we would not get to the destination we had set out to achieve. We were impressed that there was a calm and relaxed manner between both companies. We quickly realized that we were on the same wavelength and that's the most fun way to work together. We were simply impressed that they are very efficient as a small company and were completely attuned to us.

That is difficult to say. We currently have a special, general situation because of Corona, which is perhaps slowing down certain processes here and there. These are special circumstances for all of us. Nevertheless, they have coped very well. Therefore, from our point of view, there is currently nothing to improve.
