ZERO service !!! Refrigerator DC400 ECO Star + bought in April 2024, failed last week, no warranty, no service, no repair offer. Now you are supposed to dispose of the whole refrigerator although it probably only affects a single part.

We are sorry that you are dissatisfied. The purchase was made in the commercial sector, for which - as is customary in the industry - a twelve-month warranty applies. This regulation is laid down in our general terms and conditions, which were agreed to at the time of purchase. An optional warranty extension was offered but not taken out. As the device is now well outside the warranty period, we are unfortunately unable to offer a free repair.
